Responsible for Go Live support of EHR applications during the Go Live period, as well as post Go Live period. Performs changes to clinical EHR templates/forms (e.g., such as evaluations, daily notes) as requested and approved by the Corporate VP Clinical Solutions and other corporate clinical leaders. Review of clinical workflow documentation for inpatient hospitals and outpatient clinics for Rehabilitation (IRF), Specialty (LTAC) and Behavioral Health patients. Provide field-based small team/project leadership. Configuration, set-up and maintenance of EHR clinical modules for outpatient clinics and inpatient hospitals. Supports communication, workflow documentation, issue reporting between clinicians, PAM service desk, EHR vendor and other related support departments Analysis and problem resolution of clinical computer applications and other computer systems as required Application include but are not limited to: Patient Care Documentation Order Entry Other Clinical Applications as required such as TigerConnect Problem solving and resolution of ServiceNow issues reported to the PAM Service Desk that are related to Behavioral Health clinical applications. Take direction from Corporate VP Clinical Solutions Collaborate with Clinical Solutions team, representatives from the hospitals, WellSky and other vendors service desks. On call support as needed Qualifications EHR Implementation and support experience REQUIRED. Certified Therapist (e.g., PT, OT, SLP), Licensed Nurse (RN, LVN, LPN), Certified Case Manager/Social Worker REQUIRED Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and highly accurate work are essential Able to work on multiple projects involving multidisciplinary teams Experience with EHR Behavioral Health documentation and maintenance of EHR forms required Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and highly accurate work are essential Able to travel extensively nation-wide using publicly available air and ground
