Business Intelligence Manager (IC)
Overview:

As BI Manager you will translate data into actionable insights that drive measurable outcomes for HR Outsourcing analytics. You’ll build intuitive dashboards and present findings to leaders, helping the organization make data-driven decisions. You work closely with business partners to ensure data quality and storytelling that resonates with non-technical audiences. This role combines analytics execution with coaching of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Understand business processes to generate insights and effective visualizations
- Develop dashboards and extract actionable insights to drive outcomes
- Verify data accuracy with business partners as needed
- Follow BI best practices to maintain the HRO Analytics brand
- Design intuitive dashboards for easy consumption by business units
- Coach partners on dashboard usage and interpretation
Key requirements:
- 4+ years of BI/Analytics experience
- Advanced Tableau, Power BI, and Excel proficiency
- Experience with relational databases
- Strong ETL skills using SQL, Python, and/or Alteryx
- Experience with large data sources/models
- Strong business xaygatp acumen with presentation and visualization skills
- Technical expertise in database development, data mining, and segmentation
- Excellent communication and storytelling for management and non-technical audiences
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced, startup-like environments
- Proactive self-starter with deadline focus
