This role sits at the intersection of client service, portfolio support, and investment analysis, offering exposure to sophisticated investment strategies and personalized wealth planning.The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in financial services, exceptional relationship management skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementServe as a primary point of contact for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clientsBuild and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communicationCoordinate and support client meetings, reporting, and ongoing service needsHandle client inquiries with professionalism, discretion, and urgencyPortfolio & Investment SupportAssist advisors in managing and monitoring client portfolios across asset classesPrepare performance reports, portfolio reviews, and investment summariesSupport investment research and provide insights on market trends and strategiesEnsure accuracy of account data, transactions, and portfolio allocationsFinancial Analysis & ReportingUtilize advanced Excel skills to analyze portfolio performance and generate reportsConduct ad hoc analysis, including variance analysis and client-specific requestsPrepare customized presentations and materials for client meetingsOperations & CoordinationCollaborate with internal teams (advisors, operations, compliance) to ensure seamless client serviceAssist with account onboarding, documentation, and ongoing maintenanceMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standardsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field1–4+ years of experience in:Wealth managementInvestment bankingFinancial servicesPrivate equityVenture capitalInvestment management or advisoryExperience working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individualsStrong understanding of investment products, portfolio construction, and financial marketsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, reporting, analysis)Proven experience in client relations and relationship managementExperience supporting financial advisors or portfolio managersExceptional communication skills with a polished, professional demeanorHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitaskPreferred QualificationsExposure to multi-asset portfolios (equities, fixed income, alternatives)Progress toward or interest in CFA, CFP, or similar designationWhy JoinExposure to sophisticated investment strategies and UHNW clienteleCollaborative, high-touch client environmentOpportunity for long-term growth within a respected wealth management firm
