Nurse Practitioner
Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Mobile Podiatry Care We are seeking Nurse Practitioners to deliver high-quality, preventive podiatry care to patients in private homes, assisted living, and residential care settings. This role focuses on improving mobility, preventing complications, and supporting patients who have limited access to traditional outpatient podiatry services.What You’ll Do:Perform routine foot care, including nail trimming, debridement, and fungal nail managementProvide callus and corn debridementConduct diabetic foot exams with risk stratificationPerform neuropathy screenings and peripheral vascular assessmentsDeliver basic wound care for foot ulcers and minor lesionsManage ingrown toenails and common foot pain conditions (e.g., plantar fasciitis, arthritis)Assess and fit orthotics; provide footwear recommendationsConduct fall-risk foot assessmentsEducate patients and caregivers on foot hygiene and preventive careCoordinate care with primary care, wound care, and home health teamsWhat We’re Looking For:Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) with active state licenseExperience in podiatry, geriatrics, wound care, or home-based care preferredStrong clinical skills in assessment, prevention, and patient educationAbility to work independently in home and residential settingsWhy Join Us: Make a direct impact by bringing essential foot care services to patients where they live—helping prevent complications, reduce hospital visits, and improve quality of life.
