Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Associates to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience while assisting with various store operations. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist with product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and promote sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to address any concerns or questions. Support upselling efforts by recommending additional products based on customer needs. Participate in inventory management tasks, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Skills Strong experience in selling Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in transactions. Basic math skills for accurate cash management and pricing calculations. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Experience in product demos is advantageous, showcasing products effectively to customers. A strong focus on customer service, demonstrating patience and professionalism in all interactions. Ability to engage in retail sales activities, contributing to overall store performance.
