The CER will focus on accurate order entry for all accounts in an assigned territory. Along with order entry, the CER will provide support to the customer via phone and email. The support will consist of handling inbound calls, assisting sales with new account setups, researching account credit issues, communications with Supply Chain and Shipping, and customer communication and follow-up on order status.
