Construction Quality & Technical ManagerBlackRock Construction is seeking a Construction Quality & Technical Manager to lead the continuous improvement of our field operations by developing practical quality standards, technical training, and construction best practices.This position serves as the technical resource between our field personnel, project management teams, suppliers, engineers, testing agencies, and clients.
