The role partners with Content Excellence leadership to ensure the promotional review ecosystem is compliant, scalable, and continuously improving.The position focuses on translating business, marketing, and compliance needs into effective system configurations and optimized ways of working. The contractor collaborates closely with Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, IT, Technical Services, and external creative agencies to drive platform adoption, streamline review workflows, and improve review cycle times and quality outcomes. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role with strategic influence across promotional review operations.Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. • Extensive hands‑on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats in a regulated organization. • Strong understanding of promotional material review processes (MLR/PMR/PRC). • Experience acting as a product or platform lead translating business needs into system solutions. • Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, IT, and agencies. • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.Key Responsibilities• Support day‑to‑day performance, configuration inputs, and enhancement prioritization for Veeva Vault PromoMats.• Translate promotional review business needs into clear system requirements and configuration recommendations.• Partner with IT on system releases, upgrades, and new capability rollouts; assess business impact and support readiness activities.• Optimize PMR workflows, submission standards, routing, and approval processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.• Troubleshoot operational issues affecting timelines and quality, driving continuous improvement.• Act as a PromoMats subject matter expert supporting internal teams and external agencies.• Contribute to training, documentation, change management, and governance initiatives.• Define and deliver dashboards and metrics to monitor review performance, bottlenecks, and adoption.
