Barista/Doughnuts/ Front End Server
THE JOB:
Rocco's FOH Team Members such an important part of our team here at Rocco's. We pride ourselves in giving exceptional 'above and beyond' service to all of our guests. FOH Team Members are the ones who can make or break a customer experience in store. Our coffee and doughnuts are delicious and speak for themselves but it takes an incredible front of house team to really make our guests have a memorable experience. This position is responsible for creating individualized experiences for our guests from greeting, packing their doughnuts, food, coffee, & teas, and ringing up their order. The FOH Team Member is encouraged to make the best decision that will create a positive experience for our guests. We encourage all of our team members to be team players and to be willing to help wherever the need is at the moment. FOH Team Members have the opportunity to be cross trained to learn other roles in the store. No matter where you start with us, there is room to grow. Front of House Team Members work directly with our Store Supervisor. We encourage all of our team members to be FOH Team Members need to be extremely hardworking, teachable, and friendly. Our training is structured so that you will gain the knowledge and tools needed to succeed in this role.

REQUIREMENTS-

Previous Food, Restaurant, Customer Service Experience
-Wednesday -Sunday availability
Ability to work 6AM-1:30PM Weekdays and /or weekends
Thoroughly enjoys people and strives to create memorable experiences with everyone they meet
Ability to stand in a position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
Teachable and a good listener
Excellent communication skills and has access to download our team communication app
Friendly attitude & team player
Punctual and reliable
Has reliable transportation to and from work

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to)
Delivering exceptional customer service to all of our guests
Assisting customers maintaining a happy, authentic attitude
Welcoming new guests and guiding them through the new monthly menu and helping them decide flavors
Maintaining professionalism in the workplace at all times
Operating our POS system to ring up customers
Printing off tickets for online orders and filling with 100% accuracy
Learn and maintain knowledge of our monthly menu to effectively be able to communicate the ingredients to our guests
Efficiently and precisely packing all doughnut orders
Maintaining cleanliness of front of the store including, winding, mopping, sweeping, sanitizing all high touch surfaces throughout the day, as needed
Making sure the doughnut display is always clean and clear of any doughnut pieces
Ability to make coffees, teas and new drinks placed on the menu
Ability to lift or move up to 30lbs
Following opening and closing checklist daily
Washing dishes and equipment
Taking out trash and cardboard recyclables
