The Operations Supervisor oversees daily operations for International Registration Plan (IRP), International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA), and Performance Registration Information System Management (PRISM) and EZFleet programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. This role mentors' staff, resolves escalated issues, and ensures operational accuracy to support DMV's goals for compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Position is responsible for ensuring that Virginia complies with the requirements and obligations of international compacts and federal programs through the development of work processes, procedures, standards, and staffing assignments.The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, serves approximately 6.2 million licensed drivers and ID card holders with over 8.4 million registered vehicles.
