Job Description Kitchen Manager – Modena Ristorante Vinoteca (Marietta, GA)Modena Ristorante Vinoteca is looking for a strong, hands-on Kitchen Manager with a real cooking background—not someone who just manages schedules and paperwork.This is a working chef role. You must be comfortable on the line, leading a team during service, and holding high standards every single shift.
