The ideal candidate will have a solid background in enterprise data warehousing, along with exposure to modern data streaming and distributed database technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain ETL processes using IBM DataStageBuild and optimize data pipelines for large-scale data processingIntegrate data from multiple sources including Oracle databasesWork with Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming and ingestionHandle distributed database systems such as CockroachDBCollaborate with cross-functional teams including data architects, analysts, and business stakeholdersEnsure data quality, integrity, and performance optimizationTroubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely mannerRequired Skills & Experience10–12 years of experience as an ETL DeveloperStrong hands-on experience with IBM DataStageAt least 6 years of experience working with Oracle databasesMinimum 1 year of experience with Apache KafkaMinimum 1 year of experience with CockroachDBStrong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practicesExperience in performance tuning and optimizationPreferred QualificationsExperience in the banking or financial services domainFamiliarity with data streaming and real-time processingStrong problem-solving and communication skills
