The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GitLab, Release Management, and DevOps tools, ensuring source code integrity, efficient development workflows, and reliable software delivery across multiple development streams.🔑 Top SkillsGitLabRelease ManagementDevOps Tools🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain GitLab repositories, groups, permissions, branching strategies, and merge request processes.Design, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, deployments, and release management.Oversee source code management, repository governance, version control standards, and code promotion processes.Coordinate code merges, branching, tagging, and software releases across multiple development teams.Monitor build health, pipeline performance, and deployment success rates while troubleshooting issues.Develop automation scripts to improve build, deployment, and operational efficiency.Collaborate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to streamline software delivery.Establish and enforce best practices for code management, release processes, and DevOps standards.✅ Required SkillsStrong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Hands-on experience with GitLab, source control management, and repository administrationExperience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment frameworksScripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similarCoding knowledge and automation experienceStrong understanding of branching, merging, versioning, and release management methodologiesExcellent troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills⭐ Preferred SkillsExperience with DevOps tools, Docker, cloud platforms, and infrastructure automationKnowledge of application architecture, build systems, and software release governance📩 Interested?
