Experienced Litigator

Sugarman Law LLP is looking for an experienced litigator to become part of one of Atlanta’s most unique and innovative law firms. Whether our client is an individual or a business, in nearly every case, the matters with which we are entrusted are the most important thing going in in our clients’ lives. We are looking for someone to become part of this team. Given our size, every member of our team is essential, and thus we are looking only for a perfect fit, particular as it relates to our unique and progressive culture. Given the complexity of our matters, high academic standards and strong (very strong) legal ability are essential. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years litigation experience, preferably in a large law firm. Experience in either employment law or fiduciary litigation would be a plus but not required.
