Job description Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled General Maintenance worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in facilities maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work on various maintenance tasks. Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work Fabricate and weld metal components as needed Supervise and coordinate maintenance projects Maintain and repair machinery and equipment Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work orders and inventory control Requirements: Proficiency in English for effective communication Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs Experience in facilities maintenance including electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC Ability to weld and fabricate metal components Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Supervisory skills to lead maintenance projects efficiently This position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled General Maintenance worker to showcase their abilities in a dynamic work environment.
