In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned investor accounts, lead client relationships, manage deal pipelines, and coordinate upper-tier closings. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building and maintaining investor relationships, and brings both strong financial acumen and execution discipline.What You Will DoServe as the primary relationship manager for assigned investor accountsUnderstand investor investment needs and objectives to develop and manage deal pipelinesLead client calls, coordinate site visits, and manage due diligence meetingsTravel to conferences, site visits, and investor events to strengthen relationshipsDevelop and deepen investor pipelines and long-term partnershipsPartner with Originations to source and place deals with investorsNegotiate financial terms in coordination with the Managing Director or the EVP for equity LOIs and upper-tier agreementsRepresent investors within CREA Investment Committees, ensuring adherence to underwriting guidelines and risk mitigationCollaborate with Acquisitions, Legal, and internal teams to incorporate investor-specific terms into closing documentsFacilitate investor review of due diligence materials for deal and fund closingsCoordinate upper-tier closings with internal teams, investors, and external counselManage and mentor Financial Analysts assigned to investor accountsProvide guidance, review, and approval of analyst workSupport career development through quarterly and annual performance processesCoordinate third-party property reviews for multi-investor funds and other investor structures (as applicable)Support broader team initiatives and assist colleagues as neededPerform other duties by the Managing Director or EVPRequirementsBachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, or a related business fieldMinimum of 5 years of professional LIHTC syndication and/or LIHTC transactional closing experienceStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and WordAbility to travel up to 25% for client meetings, site visits, and industry eventsAbility to work extended hours during peak periods to meet deadlines and business needsCore Competencies:Excellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated analytical and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to effectively manage and maintain sensitive and confidential informationAbility to collaborate and contribute effectively in a team environmentDemonstrated initiative, reliability, and ability to work independently with minimal supervisionOur ValuesWe work as a family, investing in each other, worthy causes, and the communities we serve.We have integrity in all that we do; we embrace differences and treat others with kindness and respect.We believe that, with teamwork, we can accomplish anything and pursue inventive solutions for our clients.Compensation:
