*Job Summary* We are seeking an energetic and personable Server to join our vibrant food and beverage team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service, expertly handling food and beverage orders, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where teamwork, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality are celebrated. *Responsibilities* * Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth and friendly check-in process. * Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted. * Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality, including cocktail service, wine pouring, and spirits knowledge. * Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities through effective suggestive selling techniques. * Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, including handling cash handling procedures and sales transaction processing. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. * Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction in both casual dining and fine dining settings. *Requirements* * Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub experience preferred. * Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cocktail experience is highly desirable. * Strong knowledge of beverage service, spirits, wine, and food handling procedures aligned with food safety standards. * Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy hours. * Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly attitude and strong guest relations abilities. * Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail in sales transactions processing. * Basic math skills for bill calculation, change handling, and inventory management; knowledge of OpenTable reservations system is a plus. * Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift trays or boxes as needed, and maintain sanitation standards at all times.
