Supply Chain PlannerLocation: Hybrid based in Hillsboro, OR (4 days onsite / 1 day remote weekly)Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-TimeCompensation: $31.25 - $38.46 per hour DOEEmployment Type: Contract-to-HirePosition OverviewA client of LHH Recruitment is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to support day-to-day execution of supply and demand planning activities within an established environment. This is a highly visible role that supports timely inbound shipments, accurate planning, and strong communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.This is not a process-design role—success in this position comes from execution, responsiveness, and accuracy. The Supply Chain Planner will work closely with operations, inbound transportation, and leadership to ensure inventory is planned correctly and customer deadlines are met.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute supply and demand planning activities within an established planning toolManage planning and cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracyWork with Transportation Manager and other members of the Operations team to coordinate with overseas suppliers.Monitor inbound shipments and planning timelines to support on-time customer deliveryPartner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain alignmentMaintain accurate planning reports and data using ERP and intermediate-level ExcelSupport ongoing efforts to minimize delays that could result in late deliveriesCollaborate with inbound transportation on imports, tariffs, and shipment visibilityRequired Qualifications3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, supply/demand planning, or a related roleStrong understanding of inbound supply chain operations/important is not required but a big plusExperience working within an established ERP or planning tool environmentIntermediate Excel skills (reporting, tracking, data accuracy)High level of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on proactive follow-upHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain or similar preferredSoft Skills & CompetenciesHighly responsible and accountableProactive communicator who follows through consistentlyResponsive to both suppliers and internal stakeholdersTakes ownership of work and genuinely cares about outcomesComfortable in a fast-paced, execution-focused environmentBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
