AI Agent Engineer/Python Developter(Bilingual Mandarin)

AI Agent Engineer(Python) Enterprise AI Agent (LLM Agent) development, backend engineering, and enterprise system integration. *Key Responsibilities* · Design, develop, test, and continuously improve AI Agents. · Build and optimize prompts, Tool Calling / Function Calling, and multi-turn conversational workflows. · Develop Agent tools, API services, and enterprise system integration modules using Python. · Integrate ERP, WMS, and other enterprise systems through stable and reusable APIs and Agent tools. · Handle authentication, retries, error mapping, logging, permissions, and sensitive data protection. · Develop unit tests, API tests, and regression tests for critical workflows. · Support structured data querying, analysis, and visualization based on business requirements. · Collaborate with business, platform, and engineering teams on requirements, integration testing, and troubleshooting. *Basic Qualifications* · Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. · Bilingual in Mandarin will be strongly preferred · 3+ years of Python development experience with the ability to independently deliver maintainable backend or integration modules. · Hands-on experience with LLM applications or AI Agent development, including Prompt Engineering and Tool Calling. · Strong knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and asynchronous Python development. · Experience with FastAPI, Pydantic, and JSON Schema is preferred. · Experience integrating enterprise systems or external APIs, with an understanding of authentication, pagination, retries, idempotency, and error handling. · Strong software engineering mindset, including code quality, testing, logging, security, configuration management, and rollback awareness. · Ability to read and maintain English technical documentation and code. · Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. *Preferred Qualifications* · Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar Agent frameworks. · Experience integrating ERP, WMS, MES, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar enterprise systems. · Knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, or manufacturing operations. · Hands-on experience with RAG, Embeddings, vector databases, or long-term memory solutions. · Experience with OpenAI-compatible APIs, vLLM, or local LLM deployment. · Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, Qdrant, or similar data and middleware technologies. · Experience with data visualization, internal platforms, SDK development, or multi-repository engineering. *Core Skill Profile* Python + AI Agent Development + LLM Tool Calling + API Integration + Enterprise Systems + Software Engineering Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Relocation assistance * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Can you speak Mandarin?
