Company Description We are an established architectural millwork company with over 30 employees, specializing in high-quality custom casework and commercial millwork. Our team includes in-house engineering, production, and installation, allowing us to manage projects from concept through completion.Job Title: Project Manager – Architectural MillworkWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in architectural millwork or custom cabinetry. This role is responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating between departments, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.This is a fully in-office position based in Livermore, CA.Manage millwork projects from award through closeoutInterface with general contractors, architects, and designersCoordinate with internal engineering, production, and installation teamsTrack project schedules, budgets, and change ordersManage RFIs, submittals, and approvalsOversee installation coordination and project completionExperience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer in millwork~ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously~ Experience working with commercial general contractorsKnowledge of commercial interiors and caseworkPaid time off and holidays~ Health benefits: 100% Medical & Dental paid by employer~
