Onsite IT Provisioning Tech

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented *Overnight PC & Mobile Device Provisioning Technician* to support device deployment and after-hours user support. This role is responsible for provisioning and configuring PCs, mobile phones, and related equipment, while also serving as a point of contact for after-hours support calls. The ideal candidate has experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and mobile carrier provisioning, particularly Verizon wireless services. Key Responsibilities * Provision, configure, and deploy PCs, laptops, and mobile devices * Enroll and manage devices using *Microsoft Intune* * Configure and support *Windows Autopilot* deployments * Provision and activate mobile devices, including *Verizon* wireless services * Perform device inventory and asset tracking activities * Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and mobile device issues * Answer and respond to after-hours support calls * Document provisioning activities, incidents, and resolutions * Ensure devices meet company security and compliance standards Required Qualifications * Minimum *1 year of experience* in IT support, device provisioning, or related technical role * Experience with *Microsoft Intune* * Experience with *Windows Autopilot* * Experience provisioning mobile devices through *Verizon* * Basic troubleshooting skills for Windows PCs and mobile devices * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work onsite overnight shifts Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting enterprise mobile device management (MDM) * Familiarity with asset management and inventory systems * Service Desk or Help Desk experience * Strong customer service and communication skills What We're Looking For * Dependable and self-motivated professional * Ability to work independently during overnight hours * Strong problem-solving skills * Comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment *Schedule:* 12-hour overnight shifts on a rotating 3-on/4-off and 4-on/3-off schedule.
