They’re building core protocol infrastructure and want someone who’s actually shipped production code at scale.This role is focused on writing Solana programs that handle real user activity. You’ll be building systems like margin engines, DEX logic, bridges, vesting contracts, and making sure they’re performant, efficient, and easy to integrate with the rest of the stack.If you haven’t deployed to mainnet or your contracts haven’t handled serious traffic, this isn’t the right role.What You’ll Be DoingWriting on-chain Solana programs in Rust (Anchor-based)Architecting and optimizing protocol components for high-throughput use casesWorking across margin systems, vesting, trading infra, and relayer logicReducing CU usage and improving performanceCollaborating with off-chain teams building indexers, bots, and UIRequirementsYou’ve deployed Solana programs to mainnet yourselfThose programs have handled at least 100K real user transactions (ideally more)You’ve spent over 50% of the past year actively writing Solana on-chain codeYou’re confident in Rust and understand how to design for low latency and scaleExperience with DeFi systems, trading logic, or token mechanicsNice to HaveCU-level optimization experienceBridge or relayer workContributions to active Solana reposWhy This RoleReal usage, real traction, not just another testnet toyRemote-first, no timezone micromanagementTeam that knows what good looks like and builds fastSolana Smart Contract Developer
