Integration PM
Koniag Professional Services (KPS), a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a high-performing SETA Program Manager (PM) with a TS/SCI clearance to support acquisition transition and program support activities within Joint Operational Integration (JOI) under DASW Acquisition Integration and Interoperability (AI2). The position requires a proactive “first mover” capable of helping establish and shape a new team integrating personnel across programs and products funded through Department of War initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator and builder — someone comfortable stepping into a newly forming organization, creating structure where little exists, and helping shape acquisition transition efforts from prototype through enterprise integration. This role is best suited for a highly collaborative PM who can bridge operational, acquisition, and technical communities while driving execution forward.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the current government director in daily program execution and operational management activitiesLead coordination efforts associated with acquisition transition planning and PoR transition activitiesRepresent the director in acquisition transition discussions, meetings, and cross-functional engagementsAssist leadership in developing and executing transition strategies for prototype-to-PoR effortsCoordinate with government, industry, and mission stakeholders to align acquisition, operational, and technical objectivesHelp build and mature a matrixed support structure across multiple programs/products funded through JOIPDevelop briefings, status reports, strategic communications, and executive-level deliverablesTrack action items, risks, milestones, and dependencies across program activitiesSupport synchronization between acquisition, operations, experimentation, and interoperability effortsIdentify process improvements and help establish scalable PMO governance practicesRequired QualificationsExperience supporting DoD acquisition, program management, or transition activitiesFamiliarity with prototype-to-production/program-of-record transition processesAbility to operate independently in ambiguous or emerging mission environmentsStrong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience coordinating across multiple organizations and functional teamsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentActive Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred depending on mission requirements)PreferredExperience supporting OSD, Joint Staff, SCO, or AI2-related initiativesKnowledge of DoW acquisition lifecycle and transition pathwaysFamiliarity with interoperability, experimentation, and operational integration effortsExperience building or standing up new PMO/team structuresPMP certification or equivalent program management credentialsExperience with Confluence, Jira, MS Teams, and executive reporting environmentsOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
