Description:Key ResponsibilitiesPerform hands-on inspection of machined and fabricated components using precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMMs, and related toolsInterpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and work orders to verify conformance to requirementsConduct first-article, in-process, and final inspections to ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing cycleAccurately document inspection results, nonconformances, and corrective actions while maintaining complete and organized quality recordsCollaborate directly with machinists, supervisors, and production personnel to identify root causes and resolve quality issues in real timeSupport the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO and/or AS quality standardsRequirements:QualificationsPrior experience in a manufacturing or job shop environment with direct inspection responsibilityStrong working knowledge of precision measurement tools and inspection techniquesProven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, GD&T, and specificationsDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsComfortable using basic computer systems for documentation, reporting, and recordkeepingWhy Join Us?
