Adecco is hiring for QC Inspectors for a manufacturer in Peabody! These are temp to perm opportunities.1st shift schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-330pm $27-29 per hour2nd shift schedule: Monday-Thursday 230pm-1am $28-31 per hourCore ResponsibilitiesTesting & Evaluation: Inspect products at various production stages using tools like calipers, gauges, micrometers, and automated software.Compliance: Verify that manufacturing processes and assembled parts align with blueprints, design specifications, and industry regulations.Defect Management: Identify flaws, reject defective materials, and remove non-conforming items from the assembly line.Documentation: Record inspection results, input data into quality databases, and generate detailed reports for management.Calibration: Ensure testing and measurement equipment is calibrated properly and call for maintenance when necessary.Key Skills & QualificationsDetail-Oriented: Ability to focus and identify minute flaws, deviations, or inconsistencies.Technical Proficiency: Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.Math & Analytical Skills: Basic math proficiency for measuring, calibrating, and analyzing tolerance ranges.Communication: Ability to relay defects clearly to supervisors, QA teams, and production workers to suggest process corrections.If interested, apply here directly!
