Registration Coordinator | Logistics & Relocation Services FirmWe’re looking for a Registration Coordinator to support a leading logistics and relocation services organisation. If you have experience in transportation, import/export, or supply chain operations, especially with data entry and shipment coordination, this is a great opportunity to build your career in a fast-paced operations environment.What You’ll Do:Enter and manage shipment orders and customer data in tracking systemsCoordinate with carriers (steamship lines, trucking vendors, railroads) to track shipmentsHandle inbound customer calls/emails and resolve service requests promptlyMaintain accurate records and update logs in internal databasesIdentify data errors, research discrepancies, and escalate issues when neededSupport document management (scanning, filing, and processing paperwork)Monitor KPIs and ensure high levels of customer satisfactionCollaborate with internal teams and contribute to process improvementsWhat You Bring:2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or import/export operationsStrong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detailBasic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Solid communication skills (verbal & written) with a customer-first mindsetAbility to multitask, prioritise, and work in a team-oriented environmentTyping speed of ~40 WPM and comfort handling administrative tasks📍 Location: Compton, CA (United States)💵 Pay: $21 – $25/hour.If you have an interest in Registration Coordinator, please apply now!
