Developer Experience Engineer

MissionWe are seeking a Developer Experience Engineer to help us build the control plane for our agentic AI V&V (verification and validation) systems.This role involves taking the outputs from our agentic testing engines and building an intuitive SaaS platform, that makes it easy for developers to measure and improve the quality of their AI agents.RoleOverview: This role is about designing and building the frontend and backend of our SaaS product, bridging between deep, complex V&V algorithms and highly technical developers and testers using the product.Backend Architecture: Implement resilient Python backend services that coordinate and track execution environments, workloads, telemetry data, and test results, potentially including both cloud and local LLM inference strategies.Frontend Design: Implement intuitive frontend interfaces allowing users to visualize software quality KPIs, test results, and execution telemetry, without getting overwhelmed by the data. Ensure that browser performance and UX are nqot compromised when complex data is displayed, due to complex DOM structures or alert fatigue.AI Integration: Work closely with our V&V experts to weave AI capabilities into the platform, ensuring the raw mechanics of frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph are translated into clear developer dashboards and workflows.QualitiesComplexity Tamer: You understand how to organize and incrementally expose non-deterministic data, fault clusters, and statistical outputs into a clean, actionable UI, so developers can triage problems with joy instead of frustration.High-Assurance Builder: You enjoy making reliable, production-grade software. You prioritize robustness, performance, and rigor over chasing trendy frontend hype.Developer Empathy: You innately understand how developers think, why they accept or reject a new tool, and how to build experiences that are natural extensions to existing workflows.AI Pragmatist: You understand LLMs and agentic systems well enough to build tools that serve agentic AI developers, even if you are not an ML expert already.Bonus PointsExperience building developer tools, observability platforms, or heavy-duty B2B SaaS products from the ground up.Familiarity with complex data visualization, DOM manipulation, large payload rendering, and/or canvas-based UI.Experience with local LLM orchestration and inference engines (e.g., vLLM, Ollama, llama.cpp).ExperienceExtensive background in UX Engineering and Full-Stack Engineering, with a history of shipping complex, production-grade systems.Expert in framework-agnostic JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.).
