Pet Bather

BarkSuds Seminole is seeking a reliable and compassionate Dog Bather to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong love for dogs, be punctual, and have the ability to perform basic grooming tasks while ensuring the comfort and safety of our furry clients. **Responsibilities:** - Bathe dogs according to client specifications - Handle and restrain animals during the bathing process. - Perform nail trimming (Dremel or nail clipper), ear cleaning, teeth brushing, drying, brushing and other essential grooming tasks. - Maintain cleanliness of the grooming salon by disinfecting kennels, bathtubs, floors and other grooming equipment. - The job description is not all-inclusive; additional duties may be assigned as needed. **Experience & Skills:** - Previous experience in pet care or grooming preferred but not required. - Ability to handle animals of different sizes and temperaments. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. **Physical Requirements:** - Ability to stand or walk for 90% of the workday. - Ability to lift and carry pets weighing up to 40 pounds. - Capability to control and handle pets during the bathing process. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and loud environment. **Career Opportunities:** Bathers at BarkSuds Seminole have the opportunity to advance their careers and become groomers through our in-house academy. **How to Apply:** If you are passionate about working with dogs and have the necessary skills and motivation, we would love to hear from you!
