HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Visual Designer to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.Job Title: Visual DesignerJob ID: (86143)Position Type: Full-timeLocation: Redmond, WA (Remote)Role/ResponsibilitiesExecute high‑quality visual design for Digital Direct PDPs, including product imagery, layouts, and supporting visualsApply and extend visual systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and brand alignment across PDPsTranslate creative direction from Art Directors and the Creative Lead into polished, execution‑ready designsCollaborate closely with writers and project managers to meet launch timelines and deliverablesWork efficiently within established design systems and component frameworksHandle confidential and pre‑launch work with discretion and professionalismAdapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining a high quality barOptimize designs for different viewports and PDP contexts (desktop, mobile, responsive layouts)Deliver clean, well‑organized design files that support smooth handoff and downstream executionQualifications & Experience Minimum Requirements Strong visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, hierarchy, composition) (non-negotiable)Proven experience working with visual systems or design systemsMastery of Figma (non-negotiable)Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (non-negotiable)Ability to move quickly and confidently while maintaining visual qualityComfortable working in fast‑moving, highly collaborative team environmentsTrusted partner who can work on confidential work and sensitive launchesDetail‑oriented, adaptable, and eager to move fastReady to learn and adopt new AI tools to improve speed, iteration, and creative exploration; curiosity and growth mindset expectedExperience with pre-production and production for web.Comfortable working within structured task and ticketing systemsNice to haveExperience designing for e‑commerce and PDP experiencesFamiliarity with Microsoft brand systems or comparable large‑scale design ecosystemsExposure to or experience with Adobe FireflyPay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum: $48.00 per hourPay Range Maximum: $50.00 per hourHCLTech is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees regardless of race, religion, sex, color, age, national origin, pregnancy, sexual orientation, physical disability or genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other protected classification, in accordance with federal, state, and/or local law.
