AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our Inpatient Gastroenterology team at AdventHealth Waterman. Our gastroenterology network is aligned with the AdventHealth Digestive Health Institute, providing multidisciplinary, patient‑centered care across the full spectrum of digestive diseases. What You’ll Do
Provide inpatient care and consultations for GI patients at AdventHealth Waterman
Collaborate closely with gastroenterologists, hospitalists, and interdisciplinary care teams
Perform comprehensive assessments and manage acute gastrointestinal conditions
Participate in daily patient rounding, discharge planning, and transitions of care
Serve as a clinical liaison within the inpatient GI service line
Contribute to quality improvement and performance initiatives

What We’re Looking For
Board‑Certified APRN (FNP or AGNP)
Active Florida license or eligibility to obtain
Prior inpatient experience preferred (GI or hospitalist experience a plus)
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
Collaborative team player with a patient‑first mindset
Comfortable working independently within a hospital‑based environment
