Entry Level Assembler

*Job Summary* The Entry Level Assembler is responsible for assembling parts and components according to work instructions and quality standards. This position supports production goals while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment *Responsibilities* * Assemble parts, components, and subassemblies following work instructions and drawings. * Ensure that all motor parts have the correct fittings, troubleshoot, check for defects * Gather required materials, tools, and supplies for assembly work. * Read measurements and use templates to position and assemble parts correctly. * Inspect completed products to ensure quality and accuracy. * Complete production and quality documentation as required. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. * Follow all safety procedures and company policies. * Assist with inventory checks and supply organization as needed. * Work as part of a team to meet production goals. Qualifications * *MUST* have a High school diploma or equivalent * Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required. * Ability to use basic hand and power tools. * Basic computer skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. * Good time management and organizational skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. *Physical Requirements* * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. * Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, and reaching. * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. * Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, vibration, dust, and machinery * Training will be provided *Shift Hours* *1st shift - 5am-1:30pm - $17.00 per hour * *2nd shift - 1:45pm-10:15 pm - $19.00 per hour * Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
