Air-Surface Operations Analyst (ALO/JTAC) R&K Enterprise Solutions, Inc. Title: Air-Surface Operations Analyst (ALO/JTAC) Location: Ft. Irwin, CA Duration: Permanent/Full-Time Clearance: Secret Clearance and SAP Eligible Start Date: Upon Approval Salary: The full salary range for this position is $74,000 to $79,000 per year, with the starting salary determined based on candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, as well as budget availability. Duties The successful candidate will provide Tactical Air Control Part (TACP) and Air Support Operations Center (ASOC) SME support to the Green Flag Support Element at Ft. Irwin, CA as part of the 57 OG. The candidate will support the team with air ground expertise specifically focused on ASOC/TACP operations during training events. This includes exercise planning/after-action support; utilize the Air Tasking Order and Master Air Attack Plan to track tasked missions and monitor missions available for tasking; process both immediate and pre-planned DD Form 1972 Tactical Air Strike Requests (JTASR); operate and trouble-shoot tactical radios and load crypto; manage/update web based programs with current ASOC rotational content; adjudicate battle damage assessment; coordinate with Airspace Command and Control to de-conflict fixed wing assets with Army aviation assets and counter-fire missions; track active Restricted Operating Zones (ROZ); create Close Air Support (CAS) ROZs for Airspace Control Order; provide area of operation updates and assigned airspace to inbound fighters and receive mission results/bomb damage assessment from outbound fighters. Requirements The candidate shall meet the following qualifications: Experience as a USAF Air Liaison Officer (ALO), Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC), or USMC Air Officer (AO). Secret Clearance Required Experience processing JTASRs. Operations analysis with experience working CAS Ability to multi-task, and work within a team construct. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Teams).
