Apply via Dice today!We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Troubleshooting Expert to support a critical SAP landscape facing integration and operational challenges within a manufacturing environment.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP integrations, issue diagnosis, and resolution, along with the ability to collaborate with business and functional teams to stabilize system usage and improve overall performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and resolve SAP integration issues across systems (SAP and non-SAP)Analyze and troubleshoot data flow issues, interface failures, and middleware errorsSupport integrations involving SAP ATTP (serialization), manufacturing, and supply chain systemsWork with tools like SAP PI/PO or SAP BTP Integration Suite to monitor and fix interfacesCollaborate with functional teams to identify root causes impacting business processesEnsure smooth integration with external systems (e.g., 3PL, vendor platforms, web services)Support post go-live stabilization (hypercare) and ongoing production issuesDocument issues, solutions, and best practices for long-term stabilityRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience in SAP Integration (PI/PO, CPI/BTP Integration Suite)Proven experience in integration troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolutionExperience working with interfaces, IDocs, APIs, web services, and middlewareExposure to SAP ATTP / Serialization is highly preferredGood understanding of SAP Manufacturing / Supply Chain processesExperience supporting production environments and post go-live issuesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in pharmaceutical or regulated environmentsFamiliarity with 3PL integrations and external logistics systemsPrior experience in high-pressure support or stabilization projectsKey Traits for SuccessStrong troubleshooting mindset with attention to detailAbility to work across technical and functional teamsProactive and capable of handling critical production issuesGood communication skills for working with business stakeholdersIf you have strong experience in SAP integration troubleshooting and production support, we would like to connect with you.
