X4 Engineering is seeking a mid-level Controls Director to lead BMS/BAS design for large-scale data centers, with fully remote work across the US. You will serve as Engineer of Record, designing automation architectures from a home office and coordinating with drafting teams without field travel.
Applicants should bring 3–7 years in building automation, familiarity with major DDC platforms, and the ability to write clear sequences of operations.
