Workday US Payroll Lead

Job Details: Workday US Payroll LeadAs a Workday Payroll Lead, you’ll work in a team to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base, typically leading a project workstream.You will be expected to work independently at a lead level.You will build relationships with customers, shaping and delivering solutions that are aligned to customer needs, fit for purpose, and commercially viable.You’ll provide expert guidance, understanding customer business requirements and offering best practice solutions.Must Have Requirements:Recent Workday US Payroll end to end implementation experienceKnowledge of payroll regulatory requirements (Tax, Garnishments, Common Pay Master)Experience with retirement benefits (401K, etc.), payroll processing, Unions/CBAs, or payroll accountingLaunch Express / Launch experiencePrior consulting experience with enterprise clientsStrong customer communication and leadership skillsE2E implementation experience from within the past 2-3 yearsNeeds to be able to work EST hoursProactive communication with the team, manager, and clientsOpen to working on multiple projectsActive Workday US Payroll certificationCo Size: Global professional services and technology consulting organizationReasons to work here:Opportunity to lead enterprise-scale Workday Payroll implementationsCollaborative, global Workday practice with strong delivery reputationFully remote flexibility and exposure to high impact client projects #TECH
