This Controller role in Fairfield, Maine, is responsible for the financial condition of our client’s business through financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning. Working fully on-site, the Controller partners closely with the Owner and leadership team to track financial results, develop projections, recommend corrective actions, and support informed business decisions. This senior role is well suited for an experienced accounting and finance professional who enjoys hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and driving financial discipline in a dynamic operating environment.
