This role is well-suited for a dentist who enjoys surgical, cosmetic, or advanced restorative procedures and is looking for long-term growth and potential ownership.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive general dentistry with an emphasis on advanced and specialty proceduresDiagnose and execute complex treatment plans, including full-mouth rehabilitation and cosmetic casesPerform procedures such as surgical extractions, implant placement/restoration, endodontics, and other advanced treatments (based on experience)Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health planningMaintain accurate and compliant clinical documentationLead and collaborate with clinical support staff to ensure efficient and high-quality patient careAdhere to all clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and safety standards (OSHA, HIPAA, state guidelines)Deliver exceptional patient experiences with a focus on outcomes and qualityQualifications:DDS or DMD from an accredited dental programActive dental license in the state of MichiganMinimum of 3–5+ years of clinical experience preferredExperience with advanced procedures (implants, surgical extractions, endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, or full-mouth rehab)Strong clinical judgment and treatment planning skillsPatient-focused mindset with excellent communication skillsInterest in continued growth and potential partnership/ownership
