Internal Sales Representative Americas – (APUS)

The Angst+Pfister US division is expanding and seeking a customer-facing sales professional who excels in operational excellence. In this role you will serve as a key point of contact for customers across the Americas, ensuring seamless coordination of the sales operations responsibilities, while delivering outstanding customer experience.You will play a critical role in supporting customer needs, revenue growth, optimizing internal processes, while collaborating with cross-functional teams across global regions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer interaction with analytical thinking and operational execution in a fast-paced, technical environment. YOUR MISSIONBuild, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with customers across the AmericasServe as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to quotations, orders, pricing, delivery timelines, and issue resolutionManage the full order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with customer expectations and A+P company standardsDeliver exceptional customer service by proactively communicating updates, resolving issues, and ensuring all inquiries are addressedAnalyze sales data, customer trends, and operational metrics to support demand planning, and strategic decision-makingSupport pricing strategies, margin analysis, and contract execution in alignment with A+P company objectivesPrepare reports, dashboards, and insights to support business reviews and performance trackingCoordinate closely with global cross-functional teams including Planning, Product Management, Production, Logistics, Accounting, and shipping/warehouseCollaborate with regional and international colleagues within A+P to ensure alignment on customer requirements, product availability, and delivery commitmentsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives across sales operations, customer service, and business processesAssist in resolving escalations and claims, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes for customersYOUR PROFILEBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Operations, Communication, Buying/Planning or other similar field (or equivalent experience)3–5+ years of experience in internal sales, customer service, or sales operations within a technical or industrial environment (experience with sensors or electronic components is a plus)Strong communication and customer service skills/mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality support and building lasting relationshipsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesSolid understanding of organizational processes, order management systems, and operational workflowsTechnical aptitude with ability to understand product specifications, datasheets, & customer requirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailProficiency in ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Excel (or similar analytical tools)Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
