This role serves as the central point of coordination across engineering, product, design, and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and successful delivery of strategic programs. Job Title: Program Manager Location: Columbus, OH-Hybrid Pay Range: $63/hr on W2 What’s the Job?Lead Cross-Functional ProgramsDrive end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, resources, and objectives.Manage Stakeholder CommunicationServe as the primary communication hub for program stakeholders, providing clear, timely updates tailored to technical teams, business leaders, and executives.Drive Alignment and Program ExecutionPartner with Engineering, Product, and Design leaders to define goals, success metrics, priorities, and delivery plans that keep teams focused on shared outcomes.Identify and Mitigate RisksProactively surface risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, communicating impacts and recommendations before they affect program delivery.Deliver Executive Reporting and Strategic InsightsCreate program roadmaps, status reports, and executive presentations that translate complex technical information into clear business narratives and actionable decisions.What’s Needed?Program Management Expertise6+ years of program or project management experience delivering large, cross-functional technology initiatives in a software or technology environment.Exceptional Communication SkillsStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage both technical teams and executive leadership.Stakeholder Management & InfluenceProven ability to build trust, manage competing priorities, and influence decisions across multiple teams without direct authority.Agile & Project Management ToolsStrong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies, along with proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.Analytical & Risk Management SkillsDemonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions, monitor program health, identify risks, and communicate progress effectively.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting scientific, research, R&D, AI, or data platform initiatives. Familiarity with SDLC and release management processes. Experience leveraging AI tools to improve program efficiency and reporting. PMP, CSM, or related certification preferred but not required. Experience leading organizational change and technology adoption initiatives.
