Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the execution of high-end custom home builds and renovation projects. This role is responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through final delivery, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship, client satisfaction, and adherence to budget and schedule.
*Key Responsibilities*
Project Planning & Pre-Construction
Collaborate with clients, architects, and designers during planning and estimating phases
Review construction documents, specifications, and budgets for completeness and accuracy
Develop detailed project schedules and sequencing plans
Participate in value engineering while maintaining design intent and quality standards
*Project Execution*
Oversee all phases of construction for multiple concurrent projects
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality and performance
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
Maintain strict adherence to project budgets, schedules, and scope
*Client Experience*
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the build process
Provide proactive communication, updates, and solutions
Ensure a high-touch, concierge-level client experience consistent with luxury expectations
Financial Management
Track and manage project budgets, cost reports, and change orders
Approve invoices and ensure accurate job costing
Identify and mitigate financial risks throughout the project lifecycle
Quality & Craftsmanship
Enforce high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
Conduct walkthroughs and punch list processes to ensure flawless delivery
Uphold company reputation for excellence in luxury construction
*Team Collaboration*
Work closely with internal teams including estimating, design, and leadership
Mentor assistant project managers or field staff as needed
Foster strong relationships with trusted subcontractors and trade partners
Qualifications

Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.
Proficiency in technology and software (Microsoft Suite, Buildertrend, etc.)
Financial discipline and job cost control.
Ability to develop and follow through on a construction schedule.
Ability to support & set clear expectations with subcontractors and hold them accountable without burning bridges.
Bachelors Degree preferred, equivalent experience will be considered

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
