Job Description: Are you ready to kickstart your sales career in a fast-growing industry? Cali Extrax is looking for an ambitious Sales Opener to join our team and work directly alongside our Vice President of Sales. This is an entry-level position designed to provide hands-on experience, expert mentorship, and room for growth into a closing role. As a Sales Opener, your primary responsibility will be to: Generate Excitement: Call stores and distributors across the country, introducing the Cali Extrax brand and sparking interest in our products. Build Relationships: Start the conversation, establish rapport, and create a sense of enthusiasm that sets the stage for a successful sale. Pass the Torch: Once the lead is engaged, seamlessly transition the conversation to our VP of Sales, who will close the deal. What We Offer: Base Pay + Commission: You’ll earn minimum wage plus commission for every transfer that results in a close. Industry Knowledge: Learn the ins and outs of the smoke shop industry, from products to sales strategies, directly from an experienced industry leader. Hands-On Training: Work side by side with the VP of Sales in our Orange office, gaining valuable one-on-one coaching and mentorship. Optional Travel Opportunities: Outstanding performance may provide the opportunity to travel to trade shows in major cities like Las Vegas, Atlantic City, and more. You may also join the VP of Sales on the road to activate regional markets and build relationships face-to-face. Travel is always optional and will only be offered to those who see it as a perk. Career Growth: Hit monthly transfer milestones to move into a Closer role, where you can earn uncapped commission and take full ownership of your sales.
