FOH Supervisor

Job title: Supervisor (FOH)Hourly | Part-Time or Full-Time | $20.00–$30.00/hrWe’re seeking experienced, service-driven Supervisors who lead by example and ensure an elevated, seamless guest experience. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about maintaining high standards of service and operations.What It Takes To SucceedOversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring service standards and policies are upheldSupport and guide service staff to exceed guest expectationsProactively address guest needs and resolve concernsMonitor staff punctuality, uniform standards, and side work completionMaintain cleanliness, sanitation, and overall facility standardsTouch tables regularly and build strong guest relationshipsCollaborate closely with kitchen and BOH teams throughout shiftsEducation & ExperienceThree (3) years of experience in a similar leadership roleStrong knowledge of wine, spirits, and proper service standardsProficiency in POS systemsExperience in upper-casual or fine-dining environments preferredGeneral understanding of Department of Labor standardsKnowledge of San Diego’s hospitality and cultural scene is a plusWhy Join Our TeamRMD Group is built on leadership, teamwork, and operational excellence.
