Equipment Maintenance Technician - Shift Work

Equipment Maintenance 1 performs maintenance and repair of facility and production equipment, including electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, refrigeration, and machine repairs.Work involves installing, troubleshooting, and re-locating equipment, following safety procedures, and maintaining work records.The role requires use of tools, schematics, multimeters, and adherence to Lockout/Tagout protocols.Must operate equipment like boom lifts and tugger, and perform tasks such as belt and chain replacement, light troubleshooting, and system maintenance.Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of maintenance experience, forklift certification, and knowledge of NFPA 79 and safety standards.Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and working around machinery with exposure to noise and chemicals.This position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, with mandatory overtime and possible shift changes.
