Real Estate Finance Attorney

Whitman Legal Resources is seeking a Real Estate Finance Attorney on behalf of a Roseland, NJ based, mid-size law firm with 6+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on representing institutional and commercial lenders in sophisticated commercial real estate finance matters. Experience structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex real estate and finance transactions is required; workout experience is a plus. Additionally, candidates should possess expertise in reviewing title commitments, surveys, corporate organizational documents, opinions, and leases, and otherwise conducting comprehensive due diligence.
