As part of the CRH family, we are committed to safety, quality, and developing our people.We are seeking a Manufacturing Operator who takes pride in safe operations, mechanical skill, and supporting efficient plant performance.Key Benefits of Joining Our Team:Competitive payMonthly production bonusProfit sharing401(k) with 5% employer matchMedical, dental and vision insuranceCompany paid basic life insuranceShort term and long-term disabilityEAPTuition reimbursementPaid holidaysPaid time offEssential Functions & Responsibilities:Must be able to efficiently operate a forklift.Adjusts calibration of machines, makes general repairs and cleans/installs molds and all parts of the machinery as needed to maintain safe operations.May use power and hand tools to maintain and repair equipment.Shovels, sweeps and rakes up debris from base of machinery.Communicates effectively and efficiently with all personnel.Properly conducts inspections of the forklift to ensure safe operation and reports any issues to maintenance.Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.Maintains a strict adherence to company policies, safety policies, and OSHA regulations at all times.Must be available to travel and work from other company facilities as needed.Must possess a professional attitude while interacting with peers, contractors and general public.Stands for long periods of time in hot weather or current conditionsMay perform other related duties as required or directed. Including to travel and work from other company facilities as needed.Requirements:Ability to communicate, understand, and follow both written and verbal instructions.Ability to use basic hand tools and complete basic mechanical repairs.Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays when necessary.Regular and timely attendance is required.Must pass pre-employment requirements, drug screen, criminal background check.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.Must demonstrate a strong commitment to safety.Qualifications:At least 1 year of related construction experience preferred.Mechanical knowledge and skills are preferred.About CRH:CRH has a long and proud heritage.
