Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Service Technician located in Cheyenne, WY. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems while ensuring safety standards are met. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing routine maintenance, and collaborating with team members to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. The candidate will interact with clients to explain work processes and provide updates as needed. Qualifications Technical Skills: Proven experience in roofing installation, repair, and maintenance; ability to use specialized tools and equipment safely.Problem Solving: Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving roofing issues.Physical Stamina: Physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks and working in various weather conditions.Customer Service: Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and provide clear, professional updates on project progress.Safety Awareness: Knowledge of industry-standard safety protocols and practices.Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in residential or commercial roofing projects; certification in relevant roofing systems or construction safety training.
