Job Description Position SummaryTRUE HEALTH NY is a growing, multi-site outpatient medical group providing Internal Medicine and OB-GYN services across Queens, Brooklyn, and Long Island. We are seeking an experiencedRegistered Nurse (RN)to serve asClinical Lead / Nurse Manager , responsible for overseeing clinical operations, nursing staff, and clinical workflows across our outpatient sites. This is ahands-on leadership rolefocused onclinical quality, staff performance, patient safety, and provider support —not a hospital bedside role. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical OversightServe as theclinical authorityfor nursing standards across all sitesOversee RN/LPN/MA clinical workflows and scope adherenceManage OB-GYN triage protocols (pregnancy calls, labs, urgent escalations)Supervise clinical procedures support (injections, EKGs, ultrasounds, labs)Ensure proper documentation, charting standards, and follow-upsAct as escalation point for clinical issues before provider involvementStaff Leadership & TrainingSupervise and mentorMAs, LPNs, and RNsLead onboarding, competency assessments, and retrainingAddress performance issues, clinical errors, and workflow gapsCollaborate with administration on staffing needs and coverage planningPromote accountability, professionalism, and consistency across sitesOperations & QualityStandardize clinical workflows across all locationsReduce provider interruptions through better triage and delegationEnsure compliance with NY State regulations and practice protocolsSupport quality improvement initiatives and patient experience goalsServe as liaison between providers, administration, and clinical staffCollaborationWork closely with Medical Director, providers (MDs/NPs), and practice leadershipSupport new services, procedures, and clinic expansionsAssist with policy rollout and clinical SOP implementationQualificationsRequiredActiveRegistered Nurse (RN) license – New York StateMinimum5–10 years clinical experience , preferably outpatientStrong background inOB-GYN and/or Internal MedicineProven leadership or supervisory experienceExcellent communication, organization, and decision-making skillsComfortable enforcing standards and giving direct feedbackPreferredPrior Nurse Manager / Clinical Lead experienceMulti-site outpatient experienceFamiliarity with EMRs (eClinicalWorks or similar)Experience training MAs/LPNs in outpatient settingsSchedule & LocationFull-time, primarily weekday scheduleTravel between Queens, Brooklyn, and Long Island sites as neededLimited direct patient care; focus on leadership and oversightCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary (commensurate with experience)Health, dental, vision insurancePaid time off and paid holidaysLong-term leadership growth opportunity within a physician-led practiceWhy Join TRUE HEALTH NYPhysician-led, mission-driven outpatient groupDirect impact on clinical quality and staff cultureOpportunity to build and shape clinical systemsStable, long-term leadership role with growth potential
