JOB DESCRIPTION: Position Title: Analyst (Guide Transformation Analyst)Location: McLean, VA & Plano, TX (5 days on-site, Mon to Fri)Duration: Contract to HireNOTE: Only W2 candidates can apply ; C2C profiles will be rejected and blacklisted from further applicationRequired Qualifications2–5 years of experience in mortgage operations, business analysis, servicing, underwriting, loan processing, or loan origination.Strong understanding of the mortgage lifecycle and related documentation.Experience with policy, documentation, governance, compliance, or process management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.Experience using Microsoft 365 tools; familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other Generative AI tools is highly preferred.ResponsibilitiesReview and support updates to the Seller/Servicer Guide and related policy content.Maintain governance documentation, process tracking, and publication readiness.Review and enhance FAQs, documentation, and customer-facing content.Partner with Product, Policy, Legal, Underwriting, Servicing, and other cross-functional teams.Identify opportunities to improve documentation, governance, and operational processes.Leverage Microsoft Copilot/Generative AI to streamline documentation, content analysis, and governance activities.Support future Guide modernization and process improvement initiatives.Preferred QualificationsExperience with mortgage lenders/servicers.Knowledge of SharePoint, content management, or knowledge management platforms.Exposure to process improvement, documentation governance, or AI-assisted business workflows.
