Adecco Healthcare & Life Science is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist in Jefferson City, Missouri! This role is in person/onsite. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration.Type: Three-month contract, opportunity for extension or full-time offerSchedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm - no weekends!Pay: $51.50 to $55.50 an hourCoverage Areas: Moniteau, Morgan, Miller, Camden, Cole and Boone Counties.Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist:• Assess patients' needs and develop personalized care plans to address their specific challenges.• Provide therapeutic interventions to help patients regain or improve their functional abilities.• Assist patients in learning new skills or adapting existing skills to enhance independence in daily living.• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for effective case management and discharge planning.• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, goals, and home exercises.• Utilize medical terminology effectively when communicating with other healthcare professionals.• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in patient care.• Ability to assist individuals with disabilities in achieving their therapeutic goals.Qualifications of the Occupational Therapist:• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in MO• Minimum of two years of experience as an occupational therapist.• Preferably at least 1 year of Home Health experience• CPR CertificationWhy work for Adecco?• Weekly Pay• 401(k) Plan• Skills Training• Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefitsPay Details: $51.50 to $55.50 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
