We also have over 1,800 more beds in various stages of acquisition, permitting and approvals!With our continuous growth, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at our luxury student housing community in Denton, Texas. The Maintenance Technician is to assist in maintaining and caring for a mixture of 1,2-,3-,4- and 5-bedroom apartments, as well as maintaining the physical integrity of the grounds. The Maintenance Technician should strive to make our clients happy, completing work orders on a timely manner. The position requires an on call schedule every other week, handling 24-hour emergencies as needed. Ability to navigate property which may require climbing, stooping, squatting, kneeling, reaching above the head, and reaching forward.
