Park7 currently owns and manages over 10,000 beds and has 3,500 additional beds under construction. We also have over 1,800 more beds in various stages of acquisition, permitting and approvals!With our continuous growth, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at our luxury student housing community in Denton, Texas. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding company who now has several states building new, state-of-the-art housing communities for college students, the room for growth and new experiences are unlimited. The Maintenance Technician is to assist in maintaining and caring for a mixture of 1,2-,3-,4- and 5-bedroom apartments, as well as maintaining the physical integrity of the grounds. The Maintenance Technician should strive to make our clients happy, completing work orders on a timely manner. The position requires an on call schedule every other week, handling 24-hour emergencies as needed. Ability to navigate property which may require climbing, stooping, squatting, kneeling, reaching above the head, and reaching forward.
